Self-powered control system  for electrical motors operating  alternated current.

The internal electronics feeds itself by electromagnetic induction. There is no electrical contact with the engine. Can be used both with mains voltage or in the presence of inverters .

The device is able to store data of thousands of anomalies in time intervals varying from one second to several minutes. The data remain stored in a cyclic archive for hundreds of years even in the absence of power supply.

Recognizes anomalies such as: exceeding of a maximum operating time, phases inversion, overcoming of frequency and / or of the maximum current allowed.

Each anomaly is considered and stored separately for each phase.

All data can be downloaded to a PC via the  proper reader.

Particularly indicated for the control of cranes, escalators and machinery subject to variable stress.

All the electronics of the device is drowned in a single monoblock of epoxy resin, which makes it virtually indestructible.

230V power pack. Equipped with 4 opto-isolated digital inputs, 4 relay outputs, backlit LCD display with 2 or 4 rows and 16 columns, 4 buttons, 4-input connector for external keyboard alternative and integrated current sensor. Power output from 1.5 KW (with three-phase output sinusoidal) able to generate any waveform or 3 different waveforms.

Allows the use of three phase asynchronous motors at 230V or 400V motors whose windings are connected in a triangle instead of in a star or any type of filter for the realization of specific waveforms.

With high voltage and current work of the diodes used, is suitable for use in current brakes with virtually all self-braking motors on the market (both in low and high voltage, with or without a quick braking).
